"I've been using Jay Chafin SF for about a year now. One year with them has been better than the last fifteen with previous agencies. Most businesses give you a false sense of reality through advertising by making you seem more important than you really are once you sign with them. The JC State Farm here in Batesville is quite the opposite. They're the place you don't hear about at all until a friend tells you, and then you feel like you're with family when you're there. They actually go out of their way to do extra research and run numbers to give you the best rates for your means. I don't know about you, but until these guys I'd never heard of "reasonable" and "insurance" being in the same sentence. Yeah, at the end of the day it's still insurance, but everyone at JCSF actually treats their job like they're a close friend. I thought that silly slogan was too oversold and usually stuff like that ends up being opposite of expectation, but what a pleasant surprise when I found out the team here in Batesville not only follow the slogan; they embody it. All they need now is to hire a guy named Jake and I think we've got a multi-million dollar team in our very own small town. Kaitlin and Taylor have been the two I deal with the most there. They're both incredible humans. I think Kait is the one who you deal with to get into SF. She explained things to me in a way that no other agency has ever done, by having multiple rated scenarios ran out and visually graphed over years of hypothetical installments. I'm a numbers guy personally, so I was very pleased considering this was like the 2nd time I'd ever even met these people. Taylor is the agent I deal with on a regular basis now that I'm fully on board. She's gone out of her way many times to make sure any hiccups are solved if they pop up and everything stays on track. She's also ran different scenarios out for future plans so I have a good expectation of what to work toward in order for my family to be the most reliably taken care of. Both of them are awesome, and there's still a whole team alongside them in the building too. I just realized I've written half a Steven King novel's worth of a review so I'll save the rest. Just know these guys are actually incredible. For once, I can genuinely say I'm with an insurance agency that I do not regret one bit."

"It's ashame you file a claim on a roof and can't get a insurance claim when ur roof is falling apart about a bunch of crooks anyways it's gonna be ashame when that lawyer gets in touch. Wouldn't have statefarm if they paid me to have it."
