Meet the Agent, Jay Chafin: I grew up farming with my family in northeast AR and graduated from Mississippi State University. My career with State Farm spans 28 years, including 11 years in claims before I started my agency journey. I am a proud dad of 4 kids and a strong supporter of our Batesville area, Mountain Home area and surrounding area schools and sports programs as well as our local emergency medical teams, firefighters and police departments. My team and I are members of the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and Lions Clubs and serve on the Peitz Cancer Support House and Friends of the Norfork National Fish Hatchery boards, among other involvements in local community support groups.
